It's an average hotel with 80s style but offers comfortable and quiet rooms with good beds, most having small balconies. The ant problem at the door was a downside. The service was engaging and supportive despite an incident with a dog. The location is nice, quiet, and relaxing although atop a steep hill outside Krems. The dining experience had hygiene issues with flies on the food, but the wood-fired pizza was a highlight.
